Description
HDP 198 ECOCUT 2544 is a heavy duty cutting fluid suitable for use on a wide variety of metals and is specifically effective for ferrous, stainless steel and molybdenum machining.
HDP 198 ECOCUT 2544 contains high levels of extreme pressure (EP) lubricity additives to provide exceptional tool life and fine surface finishes on all metals. The properties of the polar extreme pressure (EP) additives prevent built up edge and protect tools against wear in even the most severe of applications.
HDP 198 ECOCUT 2544 is also suitable as an oil soluble additive where EP lubrication is needed.
HDP 198 ECOCUT 2544 is a non-evaporative chlorinated mixture and is fully inhibited.
How to Use
HDP 198 ECOCUT 2544 is used as received for all machining operations. Your local FUCHS representative can provide you with specific recommendations for your operation.
The product should be stored in its original sealed container at temperatures between 45ºF and 90ºF.
