Description
ECOCOOL SYN 7360 is a heavy-duty general purpose synthetic cutting and grinding fluid based on advanced cationic chemistry. Its sophisticated lubricant package provides excellent lubricity for cutting, grinding, drilling, tapping, broaching, milling, reaming, honing and sawing operations to give excellent surface finishes and extended tool life.
As an extremely low foaming fluid formulated without defoamers, it is ideal for high pressure (>1000 psi) fluid delivery applications including gun-drilling, reaming and honing operations for both ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
ECOCOOL SYN 7360 affords excellent rust protection to preserve parts and equipment, it rejects tramp oil and quickly settles fines and swarf to provide a clean running operation. ECOCOOL SYN 7360 is suitable for use with ferrous metals due to its excellent corrosion control. It has outstanding bio-resistance for an extended life and lower waste treatment costs.
How to Use
ECOCOOL SYN 7360 is diluted with water for use at a concentration range from 5% to 10%. Your local Fuchs representative can make specific recommendations for your operation.
