Spray / Soak / Ultrasonic Cleaner

Description

SPRAY CLEAN 6513 is a highly effective liquid alkaline metal cleaning compound that removes mill oils, soaps, drawing oils and shop dirt. It leaves an anti-rust film on the metal surface if not rinsed. This product is especially designed to prevent rusting of wet parts before they are dried and processed. SPRAY CLEAN 6513 tolerates a wide variety and large volume of soils before dumping is required. It is low foaming at all operating temperatures. SPRAY CLEAN 6513 has a highly effective surfactant system that provides for good drain off and minimum contamination of subsequent tanks. Special water conditioners make it effective in hard or soft water. SPRAY CLEAN 6513 can also be used as a low foam burnishing compound.

How to Use

SPRAY CLEAN 6513 can be used on ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Normal concentration is 5 % to 10% by volume. It can be used effectively from ambient temperature up to 60°C depending on the application.  It is designed for water hardness of 500 ppm and below. Your local Fuchs representative can make specific recommendations for your operation.

Storage and Safety

The product should be stored in its original sealed container at temperatures between 450 F– 900 F.
