Description
MONTGOMERY DB 4265 BW is a concentrated water-emulsifiable oil for automotive type of body-in-white blankwash and drawing compound. It is a concentrated lubricant for users desiring to reduce shipping volume. At different use dilutions with water, it is intended for making parts such as support brackets and inner and outer body panels. MONTGOMERY DB 4265 BW is safe to use on all zinc coated and uncoated steels and aluminum.
It can also be used as a lubricity agent and rust preventative in certain rolling operations.
MONTGOMERY DB 4265 BW contains lubricity additives to provide low scrap rates and extended tool life. Its residual film remains soft and non-oxidizing for easy cleaning, and it offers excellent in-process corrosion protection to safeguard parts and tools.

How to Use
MONTGOMERY DB 4265 BW can be diluted with water to form a stable emulsion. Typical use rate is 3:1 to 9:1

How to Clean
MONTGOMERY DB 4265 BW (3:1) films are readily cleaned with mild alkaline cleaner solutions.
