TITAN CARGO SAE 5W-40
Premium Performance, fuel-economy engine oil, specially developed for commercial vehicle diesel engines with extended service intervals, exhaust after treatment and turbocharger.
Description
TITAN CARGO 5W-40 is a revolutionary diesel engine oil designed for commercial vehicles. The combination of state-of-the-art additive technology with a new base oil matrix with outstanding oxidation stability provides the highest levels of performance. TITAN CARGO 5W-40 was developed for compliance with the current and future emission legislation. TITAN CARGO 5W-40 is particularly advantageous in vehicles fitted with exhaust gas treatment systems such as Diesel Particulate Filters (DPF), Diesel Oxidation Catalyst (DOC), high rates of Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR), two-stage turbocharging and SCR-Catalyst (Selective Catalytic Reduction) or any combination of the given technologies./p>
Advantages/Benefits
- Protecting exhaust gas treatment systems
- Low sulphated ash levels and low content levels of phosphorus and sulphur
- Excellent wear protection, even under constant full load
- Exceptional high neutralization potential (TBN)
- Durable protection against aggressive acids and corrosion during the whole oil drain interval
- Reduced contaminant emissions
- Outstanding soot handling
- Beneficial for older diesel engines independently of the emission level
Application
Regardless of mileage, older diesel engines can also be changed over to TITAN CARGO 5W-40 with no flushing required. TITAN CARGO 5W-40 is miscible and compatible with conventional branded engine oils. However, mixing with other engine oils should be avoided in order to fully utilize the product’s benefits. A complete oil change is recommended when converting to TITAN CARGO 5W-40. For information on product safety and proper disposal please refer to the latest Material Safety DataSheet.
