RENOFORM PST 7465 SYN
Paste Water Miscible Forming Fluid
Description
RENOFORM PST 7465 SYN is a sulfur and chlorine-free heavy duty, water soluble, pigmented drawing compound. It is intended for difficult forming and stamping operations, and produces excellent results on sheet metal for both ferrous and non-ferrous alloys. RENOFORM PST 7465 SYN contains some solid lubricants to minimize die pickup and scoring. Further, RENOFORM PST 7465 SYN leaves a soft, easily removed film, which provides excellent “in-process” corrosion protection to safeguard parts and equipment and is easily cleaned.
How to Use
RENOFORM PST 7465 SYN is used as received or diluted with either water to the desired consistency. Add water to RENOFORM PST 7465 SYN slowly, in 5% increments. Mix each addition until the solution is completely homogeneous. Continue until the desired dilution is achieved. The final mixture should be a stable, smooth emulsion. The resultant emulsion can be brush, roller or swab applied.
