RENOFORM SVO L
Vanishing Lubricant
Description
RENOFORM SVO L is a low viscosity vanishing lubricant containing lubricity enhancers. It is intended for stamping light gauge ferrous and nonferrous metals. The lubricity enhancers permit making more difficult parts than can be produced with a standard vanishing oil, and they provide prolonged tool life and better finishes. The low viscosity ensures limited carry-off to provide low consumption and economy of operation.
RENOFORM SVO L leaves very little residue, so the need for cleaning is usually eliminated. Any residue that might remain is compatible with most industrial finishes. However, if the parts are to be painted, we recommend prior testing with the specific paint involved to ensure no problems occur. RENOFORM SVO L has a very mild odor so is pleasant to work with, and its film evaporates quickly so parts are almost immediately available for finishing.
Application
RENOFORM SVO L should be used as received. It should not be diluted. It can be applied through spray, dip or roller. Your local FUCHS representative can assist you with specific recommendations.
The product should be stored in its original sealed container at temperatures between 45°F – 90°F.
Safety data sheets are available. Before handling, read the product information and safety data sheets for proper handling and health hazard information.
