Water-soluble synthetic metalforming lubricant
Description
ECODRAW HVRG 8 is high viscosity, extreme pressure synthetic lubricant especially effective in heavy gauge stamping, drawing coining and punching operations. It provides tooling with a protective film to reduce tooling wear. It provides multiphase performance that is effective for use in forming advanced high strength steel. It provides excellent anti-rust protection.
ECODRAW HVRG 8 contains no petroleum oils or sulfurized additives. It contains a high level of extreme pressure additives to reduce galling and fractures. Performs well on heavy gauge steel, stainless steel, HSLA HRS and CRS.
