RENOFORM SYN 320 PS
Chlorine and Sulfur Free Soap Based Drawing Compound
Description
RENOFORM SYN 320 PS is a chlorine and sulfur free soap based drawing compound intended for use on both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. It has a high film strength to enable a wide variety of drawing operations.
RENOFORM SYN 320 PS can be applied hot, then oven or air dried to produce a dry to the touch film. It also provides excellent in-process corrosion protection for ferrous metals to limit rework. It is very readily cleaned to avoid downstream problems.
RENOFORM SYN 320 PS contains a preservative to protect the concentrate and use dilutions from bacterial attack.
How to Use
RENOFORM SYN 320 PS may be used as received or diluted with water. Dilution depends on the metal being processed and the difficulty of the draw. When mixing, always add product to water slowly and with adequate agitation. Concentrations can be determined with a refractometer.
The product should be stored in its original sealed container at temperatures between 45°F – 90°F.
Safety data sheets are available. Before handling, read the product information and safety data sheets for proper handling and health hazard information.
