RENOFORM OL 7315 LV
Chlorine-free forming & fineblanking oil
Description
RENOFORM OL 7315 LV is a heavy-duty lubricant designed for use in fineblanking and severe forming operations. It is a chlorine-free alternative to highly chlorinated oils typically used in fineblanking.
RENOFORM OL 7315 LV contains extreme pressure additives and a significant lubrication package that can provide protection of tools and the workpiece even in fineblanking operations of up to 5 mm blanks. Its mid-range viscosity provides better application options and is cleaner operating in the press.
RENOFORM OL 7315 LV demonstrates improved corrosion prevention and much better resistance to staining. Compared to chlorinated oils, RENOFORM OL 7315 LV is easier to clean in alkaline cleaning systems.
Application
RENOFORM OL 7315 LV is used undiluted as received. It can be applied by sprayers, roller, dip, or flood and performs effectively in recycling systems.
The product should be stored in its original sealed container between 45° - 90° F.
Safety data sheets are available. Before handling, read the product information and safety data sheets for proper handling and health hazard information.
RENOFORM OL 7315 LV is readily cleaned from parts with most alkaline part cleaners. Your local FUCHS representative can provide you with specific recommendations for your operation.
