Description
RENOFORM FB 6884 is a straight oil die lubricant intended for high severity fineblanking and punching of heavy gauge steel. It contains an excellent extreme pressure (EP) package to provide extended tool life and fine surface finishes. Further, it contains polar additives to afford strong adhesion to the tools for protection and carry-through, and special corrosion inhibitors to safeguard equipment and avoid corrosion of processed parts.
RENOFORM FB 6884 residual films are readily removed by vapor degreasing or with alkaline cleaning systems.
How to Use
RENOFORM FB 6884 is intended for use as received without dilution. It is typically applied using a roller coater or other manual methods, but can be sprayed if application requires.
