Heavy Duty Water Soluble Drawing and Stamping Lubricant
Description
RENOFORM ML 69/2009 is a water soluble drawing and stamping compound. It is intended for drawing, stamping and blanking operations on steel, stainless steel, aluminum and nickel alloys.
RENOFORM ML 69/2009 is water soluble so is economical to use and it is easily cleaned from parts. It contains extreme pressure (EP) and lubricity additives to deliver superior part quality and it contains a rust inhibitor to provide excellent “in-process” corrosion protection for parts and equipment. RENOFORM ML 69/2009 is non-gumming for a clean running operation, and, it is compatible with carbide tooling.
How to Use
For very difficult draws, use RENOFORM ML 69/2009 as received without dilution. For easier operations, mix RENOFORM ML 69/2009 with water, blending oil or solvents. For flood or spray applications, the typical dilution range is 2 to 10 parts water to 1-part product.
