RENOFORM OS 7802

Chlorine Free Water Soluble Drawing and Stamping Lubricant

Description

RENOFORM OS 7802 is a heavy-duty, chlorine-free soluble oil intended for severe drawing and stamping. It is safe for use on ferrous & stainless steel. It is also safe for use on zinc coated steel, aluminum, brass and copper; although, it is advisable to test any water-miscible lubricant to be certain of compatibility with soft metals.

RENOFORM OS 7802 is capable of replacing many highly chlorinated products thus providing significant cost savings through the elimination of post process cleaning and special wastewater disposal requirements. This product is designed to maintain a stable pH and resist microbial growth, so can be recirculated.

RENOFORM OS 7802 contains rust inhibitors to provide excellent “in-process” corrosion protection of ferrous metals. It is non-gumming for a clean running operation, and is compatible with carbide tooling.

How to Use

RENOFORM OS 7802 can be applied with roller coat, brush or drip equipment. When diluted with water to a fluid state, it can be flood or spray applied. Your FUCHS representative can work with you to optimize the most efficient dilution and application techniques.
