Water miscible drawing and stamping lubricant
Description
TUF DRAW 2806 M100 has become the industry benchmark in water-emulsifiable lubricants for severe stamping, forming and blanking operations. It is intended for use on ferrous and stainless steel. It can also be used for non- ferrous alloys, provided formed parts are cleaned immediately.
TUF DRAW 2806 M100 provides very good indoor corrosion protection of ferrous metals. TUF DRAW 2806-M-100 is non-gumming for a clean running operation, and it is compatible with carbide tooling.
How to Use
For flood or spray application, mix TUF DRAW 2806-M-100 with water, blending oil or solvents. Typical dilution range is 2 to 10 parts water to 1- part product. When mixing with water, always add TUF DRAW 2806 M100 to the water, with agitation.

The product should be stored in its original sealed container at temperatures between 45°F – 90°F.
