RENOFORM SYN 116 LMT
Water-soluble synthetic metalforming lubricant
Description
RENOFORM SYN 116 LMT is a chlorine and sulfur free synthetic drawing and stamping fluid. It is intended for moderate to severe stamping, forming, bending and shaping of ferrous and non-ferrous alloys. RENOFORM SYN 116 LMT is synthetic, so it runs much cleaner than straight oils and watersoluble products. It contains lubricity additives for good part quality and extended tool life, and it offers excellent in-process corrosion protection for reduced rework.
RENOFORM SYN 116 LMT residues are readily cleaned from processed work to prevent downstream problems.
How to Use
RENOFORM SYN 116 LMT can be used straight or mixed with water for use. It can be applied with spray, dip, roller or swab equipment. For severe operations it is used as received. It can be reduced with water for less severe applications. Recommended dilution ratios are 1 to 9 parts water to 1 part product. Always add product to water when mixing. Your local FUCHS representative can recommend the correct concentration for your operation.
The product should be stored in its original sealed container at temperatures between 45°F– 90°F.
Safety data sheets are available. Before handling, read the product information and safety data sheets for proper handling and health hazard information.
