RENOLIN ZAF B HT HIGH VISCOSITY SERIES
High performance zinc and ash free industrial gear and circulating oils
Description
The RENOLIN ZAF B HT PLUS High Viscosity Series was developed for use in highly thermally stressed circulation systems for gears and bearings. These are zinc- and ash-free products based on select mineral oils together with additives to improve the lubricating properties, aging stability and corrosion protection.
The development of these products is focused on new phosphorous sulfur additive technology. This P/S technology combined with select antioxidant and corrosion protection additives provide extraordinarily robust performance and wear protection. The additive system used in the RENOLIN ZAF B HT High Viscosity Series (HT = high temperature stability) provides excellent wear protection in gear and bearings and also in hydraulic systems where high viscosity oils are specified.
The RENOLIN ZAF B HT High Viscosity Series products therefore provide excellent corrosion protection of yellow metal components as well the iron and steel components used in circulation systems for gears and bearings.
The RENOLIN ZAF B HT High Viscosity Series products pass or surpass the relevant requirements for hydraulic fluids (according to DIN 51524, part 2 - HLP) and industrial gear oils (DIN 51517-3 - CLP). The products are therefore virtually universally applicable

The products of the RENOLIN ZAF B HT High Viscosity Series are high-performance robust industrial gear (CLP) and circulating oils as well as anti-wear (HLP) hydraulic oils.
