SUGAR GLIDE 15000
Journal Bearing and Open Gear Lubricant
Description
SUGAR GLIDE 15000 is a fully formulated high performance, semi-synthetic, viscous lubricant specifically developed to meet the demands of heavily loaded journal bearings and open gears in sugar mills. SUGAR GLIDE 15000 has high viscosity index, which helps to provide good pumpability at low temperatures while maintaining high viscosity at elevated temperatures. High viscosity in combination with unique additive system provides high film strength and outstanding performance under boundary lubrication conditions. The additive chemistry provide excellent EP and anti wear performance and corrosion inhibition.
Performance Features
- Specially designed for heavily loaded journal bearings and open gears
- Excellent EP and AW properties
- Good pumpability at low temperatures due to high viscosity index
- Provides maximum protection for bronze and babbitt bearings
- Provides reduced gear wear
- Resist water and juice wash out due to high viscosity and tackiness of the lubricant
- Solvent and asphalt free
- Ideal for spray pump systems
- High load carrying capability
Field of application
SUGAR GLIDE 15000 is designed for heavily loaded journal bearings and open gears in sugar mills operating in extreme conditions under heavy loads and continuous operation.
Method of application
SUGAR GLIDE 15000 can be applied using existing lubrication spray equipment such as provided by Lincoln, Farval, Lubriquip, Wakefield etc.
