SUGAR GLIDE 3200 XT is an AGMA 11 EP gear lubricant for heavily loaded gears and is a high performance, extra tacky “XT”, problem solving gear lubricant targeted for heavy-duty applications in the sugar industry where loads are high and shock loads are unavoidable. SUGAR GLIDE 3200 XT open gear lubricant is a balanced formula providing superior EP film strength at points of contact while reducing drag and wear. SUGAR GLIDE 3200 XT is hydrolytically stable facilitating excellent water resistance and corrosion protection while helping eliminate acid formation that can lead to etching and chemical wear. SUGAR GLIDE 3200 XT open gear lubricant is a balanced formula containing additives that prevent lubricant breakdown that causes wear and corrosion while maintaining near total performance levels throughout a long lubricant lifespan.
SUGAR GLIDE 3200 XT has an outstanding EP and thermal stability formula that reduces and removes foreign deposits allowing the lubricant to flow easily at all kinds of temperature extremes. Its excellent viscometric stability helps lower drag by disallowing viscosity buildup. Carefully selected narrow cut base stocks and balanced additive selection combined with good oxidation and corrosion inhibition limit copper corrosion and keep the viscosity within specification for very long periods.

Method of application
SUGAR GLIDE 3200 XT can be applied by high pressure fine droplet spraying, flooding, and immersion. It resists lubricant loss from oil mist and fog application devices because of its advanced viscometric properties.
