Description
ECOCOOL SYN 7030 is a light to moderate duty synthetic cutting, forming and grinding fluid with outstanding rust protection performance. It is intended for use on ferrous substrates. ECOCOOL SYN 7030 provides advanced inprocess rust protection for ferrous parts and equipment. It rejects tramp oil quickly and settles fines and swarf to provide a clean operating system.
ECOCOOL SYN 7030 forms extremely stable solutions, even in hard water. It has excellent pH stability for efficient system maintenance and prolonged bath life. The concentrate contains no chlorides and has a high total alkalinity to offset the corrosive effects of chlorides introduced into systems from water sources and other contaminants.
How to Use
ECOCOOL SYN 7030 is mixed with water for use. Your local FUCHS representative can provide you with specific recommendations for your operation. When mixing, always add ECOCOOL SYN 7030 concentrate to water.
The product should be stored in its original sealed container at temperatures between 45°F– 90°F.

How to Clean
