Description
ECOCOOL SYN 7045 is a light to medium duty synthetic cutting and grinding fluid. It has an outstanding combination of properties including lubricity, pH stability, corrosion protection, tramp oil rejection, hard water stability and low foaming tendencies. It is formulated for cutting grinding, drill- ing, tapping, milling, sawing and other applications on ferrous metals.
ECOCOOL SYN 7045 provides excellent rust protection to preserve parts and equipment. It readily rejects tramp oils and quickly settles fines to promote a clean-running operation. The durability of this fluid allows for extended sump life and reduced fluid use and waste disposal costs.
How to Use
ECOCOOL SYN 7045 is mixed with water for use. Your local FUCHS representative can provide you with specific recommendations for your operation. When mixing, always add ECOCOOL SYN 7045 concentrate to water.
The product should be stored in its original sealed container at temperatures between 45°F– 90°F.

How to Clean
Residual films are readily cleaned from parts with RENOCLEAN alkaline cleaners. Your local FUCHS representative can provide you with specific recommendations for your operation.
