ECOCUT EMC 517
Cutting & Grinding Oil
Description
ECOCUT EMC 517 is a non-chlorinated grinding oil for conventional and super-abrasive (CBN) grinding. Applications for this high performance product include super-abrasive form, creep feed, and crush grinding typically found in the manufacturing of turbine blades, aerospace and automotive components, bearing races, gears, and flute grinding of drills and taps.
ECOCUT EMC 517 will provide smooth finishes and prevents burns and stress cracking on the most challenging ferrous metals. It is compatible with both bonded and plated wheels. ECOCUT EMC 517 is also well suited for difficult machining operations on carbon and alloy steels, stainless steels and cast iron. Staining should be monitored when used to machine copper and its alloys.
