ECOCUT SYN 6000
Cutting & Grinding Oil
Description
ECOCUT SYN 6000 replaces flood-machining lubricant with a very fine mist applied to the tool edge. This minute film drastically reduces friction and reduces heat to extend tool life to yield excellent finish and size control. ECOCUT SYN 6000 is effective when used for machining, aluminum, brass and mild steel. It is particularly effective when machining soft or gummy alloys, which tend to easily gall or load tools. ECOCUT SYN 6000 can also be used in flood applications.
ECOCUT SYN 6000 is a lubricant made of naturally derived ingredients. The essentially dry film left behind also benefits by yielding parts, which often do not require any cleaning to remove the film. This saves money for purchase and disposal of cleaning compounds. Dry chips from cutting are also worth more for recycling by waste metal collectors.
