Description
RENOCLEAN FC 846 is a heavy-duty liquid maintenance cleaner intended for cleaning plant floors and equipment to remove a variety of metalworking lubricants and shop soils. Soils include cutting oils, coolant residues, drawing compounds, extrusion lubricants corrosion preventatives, and other lubes and oils. It effectively removes tire marks and other traffic related soils. RENOCLEAN FC 846 also provides excellent results for “in-process” cleaning where soil emulsification is desired.
RENOCLEAN FC 846 removes, suspends, and emulsifies soils from floors, walls, equipment, and parts to produce clean surfaces and prevent redeposit of soils. It has moderate foaming characteristic so can be used in floor scrubbing equipment, mop and bucket applications, and both immersion and agitated immersion parts cleaning tanks.
RENOCLEAN FC 846 is designed to be environmentally friendly and waste-treatment compatible. It contains no butyl cellosolve, phosphates, nitrates, nitrites, or phenols. It also does not contain any chelators. As received, this product is highly concentrated and should be diluted with water before use. This makes the product very economical to use. When applied as directed for floor cleaning, dried surfaces will not be slippery which improves plant safety.

Floor Scrubbers/ Mop: Typical 2 – 10%
Mop and Bucket: Typical 5 – 20%
Parts Cleaning: Typical 2 – 5%
