RENOFORM EXT 1800 MOS
Neat Oil Extrusion Fluid
Description
RENOFORM EXT 1800 MOS is a heavy duty, non-chlorinated, extreme pressure (EP) extrusion lubricant intended for difficult cold forming operations on cold headers and cold parts formers. It is especially effective on all types of steel alloys for operations that generate excessive heat and pressure during cold forming operations.
RENOFORM EXT 1800 MOS contains no chlorine, yet provides excellent EP lubrication to lower heat generation and reduce or eliminate smoke. It also is designed to reduce or eliminate staining or varnishing of lubricant on manufactured parts.
How to Use
RENOFORM EXT 1800 MOS is typically used as received without dilution. It is flowed or flooded directly onto the dies and punches on large headers or parts formers. It may be applied directly to the wire or rod on small headers or flooded over draw tooling.
The product should be stored in its original sealed container at temperatures between 45°F – 90°F.
Safety data sheets are available. Before handling, read the product information and safety data sheets for proper handling and health hazard information.
