RENOLIN BAKOIL HT 100 & 200 (Formerly STABYLAN BAKOIL 100 & 200)

Graphite oven chain lubricant in a light oil carrier

Description

RENOLIN BAKOIL lubricants offer a selection of graphite dispersions in an odorless petroleum distillate carrier fluid. The fluid distributes the graphite powders to leave a dry-film coating for baking at up to 550°F. These products are not to be applied while the oven is at operating temperature. RENOLIN BAKOIL HT 100 uses fine amorphous graphite powders. It is easy to apply and assures good penetration. RENOLIN BAKOIL HT 200 uses high carbon flake graphite for maximum wear protection.

Advantages

  • BAKOIL HT 100: fine graphite powder, easy to apply
  • BAKOIL HT 200: high carbon flake, maximum anti-wear
  • Odor-free carrier burns off quickly and cleanly
  • No excessive smoking or hard build-ups

Application

RENOLIN BAKOIL HT series is primarily designed for lubrication of the chain and track on traveling hearth or tray tunnel ovens. RENOLIN BAKOIL HT should be mixed thoroughly to assure solids are uniformly dispersed before starting and stir occasionally during application. It can be sprayed or brushed on. Be sure all burners are off and the oven has cooled below 250°F. Keep oven doors open and exhaust fans running while lubricant is being applied and for at least 15 minutes afterward.

Notes

RENOLIN BAKOIL is not rated as a lubricant for food contact. Take care to avoid direct and incidental contact with food products. The carrier is a combustible fluid. Observe proper precautions for handling this type of fluid.
