RENOFORM SVO 33
Vanishing Lubricant with Extreme Pressure Additives
Description
RENOFORM SVO 33 is a low viscosity vanishing lubricant containing an extreme pressure (EP) additive. It is intended for stamping light gauge ferrous and non-ferrous metals. It is especially effective for pre-coated stock.
The EP additive in RENOFORM SVO 33 both enhances die life and permits production of more difficult parts than is possible with a standard vanishing oil. It leaves little residue, so the need for cleaning is usually eliminated. The residue is compatible with most typical industrial finishes. However, if the parts are to be painted, we recommend prior testing with the specific paint involved to ensure no problems occur. RENOFORM SVO 33 has a very mild odor so it is pleasant to work with, and its film evaporates quickly so parts are immediately available for finishing.
