RENOCLEAN 9045

Spray Cleaner

Description

RENOCLEAN 9045 is a liquid detergent designed for use in single or multi-stage systems. It rapidly eradicates quench oil, metal fines and synthetic coolants from steel alloys. It should be tested before using on copper or brass copper and brass and is not recommended for aluminium alloys.

Featuring low foam levels, optimally at temperatures of 120F and higher, RENOCLEAN 9045 tolerates a wide variety and large volume of soils before dumping is required. Left un-rinsed, it imparts a slight film to yield in-process rust protection. This protective layer is compatible with downstream heat treatment and tempering operations. In addition, this product promotes consistent pH stability to extend washer bath life.

Advantages

  • Safe to use prior to heat treatment and surface hardening operations
  • Compatible with waste water treatment systems
  • Mild pH promotes a safe work area
  • Imparts corrosion protection to prevent rusting between operations
  • Sophisticated surfactants help remove straight oils and machining residues
  • Provides excellent pH stability
  • Ideal for single or multi-stage spray systems
  • Rejects tramp oils for robust bath life
