RENOLIN CHAINLUBE HT B 25 & B 50 (Formerly STABYLAN B 25 & B 50)
High performance, hot applied oven chain lubricant
Description
RENOLIN CHAINLUBE HT B 25 and B 50 combine a unique blend of self-lubricating solids in a nonflammable synthetic carrier fluid. When properly applied, this mixture of selected moly, graphite and copper powders is effective up to 750°F and can last several times longer than ordinary oven lubes. The polyglycol carrier fluid coats evenly when applied to the hot chain and evaporates cleanly. RENOLIN CHAINLUBE HT B 25 with less solid content is a lower cost option. It is ideal for occasional use in place of ordinary cold applied products when increased production schedules require that lubrication must be performed while the chain is still hot.
Application
Traveling hearth and tray tunnel ovens in large industrial baking plants; smaller reel and rotary ovens at specialty or in-store bakeries; Ideal for pita bread or tortilla ovens baking at temps above 600°F. Mix thoroughly and apply sparingly to avoid overlubrication. For better control and less waste use an air powered pump and a wand with an open-ended straight steam tip. Warming the lubricant (up to 90°F) will facilitate uniform flow. For best results, apply while the oven temperature is no lower that 250°F, and ideally between 300°F and 375°F.
Performance Features
- Non-flammable, safe to be applied at high temperature
- Water free carrier: no splatter, no rust
- For traveling hearth and tray tunnel ovens; rotary or reel ovens
- Can go 2-3 times further than a comparable amount of conventional graphite oven lube.
- No tendency to build up and flake off like ordinary graphite
- Outstanding anti-wear performance can double chain life
- No VOCs
Notes:
RENOLIN CHAINLUBE HT B 25 & B50 are not rated as a lubricant for food contact. Take care to avoid incidental contact with food products. Keep oven doors open and exhaust fans running while lubricant is being applied.
