Bright Martemping Quench Oil
Description
BRIGHT MARTEMP OIL 99 is a bright martemping quench oil for steel alloys. It is intended for use on critical parts, and when used as directed, eliminates any concerns of cracking or distortion. Quenched parts come from the bath with a bright surface. This contrasts with other martemping oils that can produce darkened or tarnished surfaces.
BRIGHT MARTEMP OIL 99 is formulated with high viscosity index (VI) and highly refined petroleum oils to maintain stability over a wide temperature range.
BRIGHT MARTEMP OIL 99 is very resistant to oxidation so it will have a long bath life and resist sludge build-up. Further, its residues are readily cleaned to reduce down-stream problems.
