Automatic Swabbing Compound
Description
VITROLIS SWABMATIC N-2 has been designed to generate high level of swabbing performance during use of Novaxion automatic spray systems. Such systems require frequent, stable & efficient swabbing cycles in order to maintain a clean product during automatic swabbing spray process. Once the automatic spray parameters defined, the system will work smoothly without shutdown or interruptions.
Transfer and build-up of carbon is minimized,therefore a high-quality appearance is maintained over an extended period and down time to change dirty blanks is reduced.
VITROLIS SWABMATIC N-2 does not contain ingredients of animal origin.
Application
VITROLIS SWABMATIC N-2 is designed for use in automatic swabbing systems and is typically applied on 8-10 minute swabbing cycles. However, the timing between swabbing is application dependent and should be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
