RENOLIN CHAINLUBE HT 518 SPRAY (Formerly STABYLAN CL 518 SPRAY)

Synthetic high temperature lubricating oil

Description

RENOLIN CHAINLUBE HT 518 SPRAY is the aerosol/spray version of RENOLIN CHAINLUBE HT 518. In a neat state, it is a fully synthetic oil formulation engineered for prolonged use at extreme high temperatures. This spray is made from a selected blend of esters with highly effective antioxidants and is free of any solid additives. This is a viscous, clear amber fluid with an extremely low evaporation rate that results in less consumption and extended lube cycles. RENOLIN CHAINLUBE HT 518 SPRAY does not produce hard residues even after prolonged exposure to temperatures over 500°F.

Application

RENOLIN CHAINLUBE HT 518 SPRAY version is particularly suited to lubricate difficult to reach lubrication points. It is primarily designed for use on small to medium size roller chain assemblies in process ovens and continuous baking systems. This spray is also recommended for film stretching ovens, metal painting and treating lines, ceramic glass fiber manufacturing and other high temperature processes.

Advantages

  • Suitable for difficult to reach lubrication points
  • Low evaporation rate, long lasting
  • No hard residue build-up even under prolonged exposure at high temperatures
  • No dripping or throwing off at high speeds or high temperatures
