Description
RENOLIN CHAINLUBE HT 518 is a fully synthetic oil formulation engineered for prolonged use at extreme high temperatures. It is made from a selected blend of esters with highly effective antioxidants and is free of any solid additives. This is a viscous, clear amber fluid with an extremely low evaporation rate that results in less consumption and extended lube cycles. RENOLIN CHAINLUBE HT 518 does not produce hard residues even after prolonged exposure to temperatures over 500°F.
Application
RENOLIN CHAINLUBE HT 518 is primarily designed for use on small to medium size roller chain assemblies in process ovens, especially suited for continuous baking systems. Also recommended for film stretching ovens, metal painting and treating lines, ceramic glass fiber manufacturing and other high temperature processes. RENOLIN CHAINLUBE HT 518 is normally dispensed by straight stream automatic lubricators directly into the bearing race at controlled intervals.
