RENOCLEAN GMO 2203
Description
RENOCLEAN GMO 2203 is a high-performance pre-cleaner for electric and electronic installations, components and devices.
RENOCLEAN GMO 2203 is compatible with waterproof materials and with paints, plastics and elastomers which are compatible with solvents. Because of the special product formulation, persistent contaminations, which may lead to current loss and disturbances, can be dissolved respectively removed. These include especially polar contaminations which are difficult to remove by hydrocarbon-based cleaners such as: water-based residues from heat exchangers or air-conditioning units, e.g. cooling liquids, environmental pollutants such as organic residues from the agricultural industry, plant pollen or insects and deposits due to fire damage, e.g. smoke and soot contamination.
RENOCLEAN GMO 2203 also removes ordinary oily and greasy residues as well as dust deposits. RENOCLEAN GMO 2203 is used for precleaning of electrical switchgears and devices, as well as cast resin and oil-cooled transformers and their assemblies such as cross-flow-fans and removal of water-based cooling liquids (glycosol) e.g. from ring generators.
Application
RENOCLEAN GMO 2203 is applied undiluted to the soiled surface with a hand sprayer. Depending on the degree of contamination, please let it react for 5-15 minutes. Very good results can be achieved if RENOCLEAN GMO 2203 is processed in a pressure pump sprayer with a foam nozzle. This produces a short-term stable foam which can intensively act on the contaminations. For larger cleaning tasks, the use of a high-pressure cleaning device is recommended.
Post-cleaning:
Rinse the loosened dirt out of the system/components with RENOCLEAN GVS 7207 or RENOCLEAN GMS 7205
Please note:
- Do not use the product under voltage assemblies.
- Before restarting the system RENOCLEAN GMO 2203 needs to be removed completely from the electronic installations.
- When spraying/fogging, sufficient air exchange must be ensured-especially when used in narrow/small rooms

Specifications
The product can be stored for up to 12 months in its original sealed container at temperatures of + 5 °C to + 40 °C. The indication of a minimum period of storage does not include any guarantee of durability.
