Description
RENOCLEAN AIR SPRAY-DOWN is an additive for water-spray systems to greatly improve the wetting ability of water to reduce dust. RENOCLEAN AIR SPRAY-DOWN has a potent combination of wetting agents for effectiveness on dust generated from multiple sources. RENOCLEAN AIR SPRAY-DOWN increases the ability of water to adhere to and spread-out over air-borne particles. In addition, RENOCLEAN AIR SPRAY-DOWN improves the ability of water to penetrate and dampen loose surfaces thereby facilitating the de-scaling in piping, cooling and spray systems. RENOCLEAN AIR SPRAY-DOWN is readily biodegradable as determined by OECD 302-B.

Applications
RENOCLEAN AIR SPRAY-DOWN is supplied as a concentrate and is designed to be injected into the water stream at ratios varying from 0.03% - 0.10% using commercially available injector-type pumps. RENOCLEAN AIR SPRAY-DOWN is suitable for under- ground applications, including longwall mining, continuous miners, crushers and belt transfer points. RENOCLEAN AIR SPRAY-DOWN can be injected into the main water stream on the surface to cover all areas of the mine to improve health and safety. Surface operations at Preparation plants and load-out facilities are other areas to be considered.
