Description

RENOFORM OL 500B is a heavy duty, high viscosity, deep drawing oil. It is intended for deep drawing of stainless steel and other similar severe opera-tions. It is also effective for drawing chrome steel, copper, beryllium copper, brass, aluminum and coated
metals.

RENOFORM OL 500B contains extreme pressure (EP) additives and lubricity enhancers to provide fine finishes and extended tool life. It provides “in process” corrosion protection, and is readily cleaned from finished work and equipment.

How to Use

RENOFORM OL 500B is used as received or di-luted with naphthenic blending oil depending on the severity of the operation. Your local FUCHS representative will make the correct recommendations for your applications.

How to Clean

RENOFORM OL 500B is readily cleaned from parts by vapor degreasing or with alkaline cleaner solutions.
