XL DRAW 9000
Heavy Duty Water Miscible Forming Lubricant
Description
XL Draw 9000 is heavy duty, water emulsifiable petroleum metalforming
lubricant formulated for use in severe stamping, drawing, ironing and piercing operations. It contains EP (extreme pressure) additives and anti-wear ingredients to promote lubricity and maximum tool and punch life. It is safe for use on cold rolled steel, hot rolled steel, galvanized, galvaneal and aluminum. XL Draw 9000 forms a very stable emulsion when mixed with water, which promotes consistent concentrations and minimal residue build-up. It provides outstanding interim corrosion protection on machine and tooling.
