Multiply alkylated cyclopentane (MAC) oil for aerospace and vacuum applications.
Description
SYNTHETIC OIL 1001A is a light viscosity, MAC based oil. Unlike other lubricants on the market MAC lubricants are the only greases and oils that offer the unique combination of extreme wear protection and low outgassing for optimal performance in aerospace and vacuum applications. The operating temperature range of SYNTHETIC OIL 1001A is -50 to 125 °C.
Application
SYNTHETIC OIL 1001A is intended for vacuum applications where light loading occurs in mechanical devices such as bearings, gears, and slides. SYNTHETIC OIL 1001A is formulated using MAC oils for extended life while optimizing the lowest possible outgassing for the light MAC oil.
