Description

TITAN CHF 202 is a semi-synthetic High Performance central hydraulic fluid for use in the vehicles/products of numerous automotive and component manufacturers. The modern additive technology combined with specifically selected base oils offers an optimum performance in hydraulic systems. The optimised viscosity-temperature behaviour of TITAN CHF 202 offers an optimum operation across a wide range of system temperatures. TITAN CHF 202 is compatible with most elastomers and electronic components. TITAN CHF 202 prevents pump wear, which ensures the reliable operation of these components throughout their life cycle. Thanks to its modern BluEV Technology formulation, the product TITAN CHF 202 meets the requirements for Power Steering and Central Hydraulic systems used in conventional, hybrid and electric  vehicles. TITAN CHF 202’s approval and performance profile sets the industry standard among steering and central hydraulic fluids.

Application

TITAN CHF 202 was developed specifically for automotive hydraulics with the highest technical requirements. This includes power steering (designated as original fluid for use in VW, Ford and other makes), clutch hydraulics, electric/hydraulic convertible roof controls, chassis control systems, etc. TITAN CHF 202 is used as initial filling oil by many manufacturers. TITAN CHF 202 is also used in modern double-clutch  transmissions, where it supports the mechatronic and actuator systems that control the clutches and the shifting of the gearbox. TITAN CHF 202 was originally developed for conventional applications but additionally fulfills the requirements in selected hybrid and E-applications according to the manufacturers specifications. BluEV Technology therefore builds the bridge between existing and new lubricant applications. TITAN CHF 202 is miscible with CHF 11S; however, due to its additives, it cannot be mixed with old formulations, such as CHF 7.1 or other hydraulics fluids.
