Dear Sirs,

We would like to inform you about a change in our Financial Calender.

As known we will have our Annual General Meeting (AGM) on May 2, 2007 in
Mannheim and would like to take this opportunity to also report to our
shareholders about the results of the first quarter 2007. Therefore we will
publish the Quarterly Report for the first quarter 2007 already on May 2,
2007 and not on May 9, 2997 as formerly announced in our Financial
Calender.

The German version of the First Quarterly Report will be online
(www.fuchs-oil.de) at 8.00 a.m. In addition the following parts of the
Report will also be available in English (www.fuchs-oil.com):

- Income statement
- Balance sheet
- Statement of changes in shareholders' equity
- Statement of cash flows
- Segment report

The remaining parts of the Quarterly Report will be available on our
website after translation by May 9, 2007.

As usual, we will distribute a press release after the end of the AGM -
probably around 12.30 p.m. - with the most important resolutions of the
AGM. This press release will also include some key figures of the first
quarter 2007.

We would like to kindly ask you to take note of this change.
