BTCC Drivers:
Mike Bushell & Various

“Having used FUCHS products in various applications for many years, it’s a brand I have a huge amount of respect for. When racing at the highest level, as we are, we are reliant on products that consistently perform at their optimum performance, and FUCHS products are renowned for being reliable and high performance. We’re looking forward to working closely with them for the 2020 season, and building a strong working relationship for the future.”
Martin Broadhurst, PMR Team Manager

FUCHS has announced an exciting new sponsorship deal with Warwickshire-based British Touring Car Championship team, Power Maxed Racing. Formed in 2015, PMR have already established themselves amongst the championship’s top teams.

With a disrupted season, PMR have slimmed to just one BTCC car for the 2020 campaign. Starting their season at Oulton park, former x2 Clio Cup UK Champion and BTCC driver Mike Bushell takes the wheel with various other development drivers taking the seat for the reamainder of the season.

Power Maxed Racing have announced their very first esports championship, in the form of the PMR eSeries Powered by NXTGEN.

The series has been developed as a joing effort between BTCC front-runners Power Maxed Racing, esports stalwarts NXTGEN and the Virtual Racing Association, who have been involved with Official esports Championships for various vehcile manufacturers. It will take place across 12 weeks, with the initial Qualifying session open to the public on the 22nd April.

Hosted by NXTGEN, the series will be run on the PC-based programme, iRacing, and all rounds will be streamed live by YearOne and AlphaLIVE. Every competitor will drive the same car, an Audi RS3 TCR, with a fixed setup for each event. The series will utilise 7 UK-based tracks, with 3 International wild cards mixed in, and will loosely follow the order of the delayed 2020 BTCC calendar.

Each car will display branding from one of PMR's BTCC Partners, and there will be a number of fantastic prizes up-for-grabs, along with a unique trophy for the ultimate series winner.

The season will kick-off on Wednesday April 22nd, with the first race round scheduled to start on Wednesday 29th at 20:00 GMT, with rounds taking place every Wednesday at the same time after that, for 11 weeks, including a 1 week "Summer Break" in the middle.

Paige Bellerby- Motorsport UK Supernational Rallycross Championship
Drew Bellerby - BMW Mini Rallycross Championship
Dave Bellerby

"The 'Sisters of Speed' are back for the 2020 season and final preparations are well underway. We start at the home of Rallycross, Lydden Hill over Easter Weekend, which this year will be running over 2 days. Most of the other rounds are 2 meetings over 2 days, and in preparation for this we have had to massively increase our spares packages, to cover any miss fortune. The Five Nations has been introduced, so we will be running England, Ireland, Scotland, Wales and Holland. Last but not least, everyone keep your eyes out for our new liveried race transport, travelling nationwide baring the FUCHS logo.” Bellerby RX

Sisters Paige and Drew Bellerby both compete in the competitive British Rallycross Championship.

In 2020 Drew captured her maiden BMW Mini Championship Title with 2019 team-mate Steve Brown also securing 3rd place overall.

Paige pushed hard to a 2nd place finish overall in the competitive Supernational Championship despite having to use a substitute car for the first few rounds as her Lotus Exige was being repaired.

FUCHS have supported Paige, Drew and veteran racer Dave (Father of Paige & Drew) for many years and are all proud ambassadors of the FUCHS brand.

Ryan's LRM-1 features a stunning oil wrapped livery which we have displayed on various trade show stands over the past few years.

Unfortunately due to COVID-19, the BXCC has been cancelled for 2020. Ryan will instead look forward to Goodwood's Festival of Speed.

Scottish Mini Cooper Cup

Ashleigh Morris #77

Speaking of retaining her Ladies Cup Trophy for the second consecutive year: "We would never have managed it if it hadn’t been for the support of FUCHS LUBRICANTS and the other support partners that have been on our journey with us. I can only say a massive thank you to everyone at FUCHS whose words of encouragement and support and also the technical support have been invaluable. In the 5 seasons you have been with us, we have suffered one mechanical failure which was a gearbox and that had already completed half a season in different hands before we got the car. In those 5 years we have had no DNF’s due to mechanical failures and we can only credit that to our maintenance programme and the fact that we have been given the best products available by FUCHS."
Ashleigh Morris

Scottish starlet Ashleigh, established herself as a hardy driver in the Scottish BMW Compact Cup after a string of good finishes earned her 9th place in the 2017 season. 2018 bought a new challenge as Ashleigh moved into the competitive Celtic Speed Scottish Mini Cooper Cup Championship.

Unaffected by the change in Championship, A string of good results earnt Ashleigh the 2018 Ladies Cup - Amazing being her first year - and followed this up with a repeat title win in 2019!

The team also actively help our lab technicians to develop our products with regular testing and samplings.

FIRC & Ypres Rally Championship

Steve Brown

“I have used FUCHS since starting out in Grasstrack Racing in a mini Class 1, throughout my many years in motorsport I have only ever used the FUCHS brand, from their cleaning products to their top of the range engine and gearbox oils. I can’t thank FUCHS enough for supplying me the items needed to be in a winning team”
Steve Brown

With success came the desire to upgrade and he developed the F1000 Nissan into a class B9 modified machine. In 2012, Steve was awarded with the prestigious John Horton Star Driver Award on the ALMC Stages in Ireland in his F1000 Nissan - class B9 modified machine.

In 2015, he mounted a full assault on the MSA Asphalt Championship, but this time in a brand new Nissan Micra Kit Car. The shift into the FIRC in Belgium also brough success with the M2B class spoils in 2018.

After a guest appearance in the BTRDA Rallycross series in 2017 and 2018, Brown turned his attentions to the mixed surface circuits in 2019, driving a Bellerby RX BMW Mini Cooper.

“A quality team with quality bikes needs a quality product”
Paul Bird, PBM Team Owner

“The GT40 has once again been running a full FUCHS package and has performed faultlessly with no DNF’s or technical issues. Over the last two years, FUCHS products had improved the cars performance and reliability.”
Lee Bowd, JDM Racing Chief Mechanic

“The reliability of the engine has been great and FUCHS have given me an oil that I can rely on. The performances in the latter part of the season have been due to my confidence in the car meaning I can push harder into each corner without worrying about the engine.”
Owen Loydall, Autograss Driver

This year we have made major improvements to our race car including a new high spec engine, something that’s been in development over the past few years. After extensive testing there is only one oil we would trust with this.... Fuchs Titan. Having used the Fuchs engine oil, CV Grease and gearbox oil for the last 6 years, we wouldn’t use anything else.
