New materials warehouse under construction
Construction of a £5m raw materials warehouse with 4,000 pallet spaces is underway at FUCHS Lubricants’ Staffordshire headquarters. The fully automated High Bay warehouse is due for completion in the second quarter of 2020 and will significantly increase the amount of raw materials the business can store on-site.

Two popular FUCHS Lubricants engine oils have been renamed after being upgraded to meet new Peugeot Citroën requirements. TITAN GT1 SAE 0W-30 has been renamed TITAN GT1 PRO 2312 SAW 0W-30, and TITAN GT1 PRO C-2 SAE 5W-30 has become TITAN GT1 PRO 2290 SAE 5W-30.

The Lube Cube gives customers the option of buying its leading products in a recyclable cardboard box rather than a plastic container. Business leaders revealed the change had resulted in an incredible saving of more than 500 metric tonnes (500,000kg) of plastic since the 20 litre Lube Cube’s launch in 2012.
