ECOCOOL GLOBAL 1000
Description
ECOCOOL® GLOBAL 1000 is a high-quality boron-free water-miscible coolant with special quality characteristics for high-performance metalworking, especially in aerospace, medical technology, semiconductor technology and many other industrial applications. Based on the patented FUCHS technology, there are advantages in the application, monitoring and maintenance of the emulsion, in purchasing, environment, health and safety, as well as in quality assurance.
Helps maximize operational productivity and improves the work environment while providing costs savings.
Contains a novel lubricity package that makes it especially effective on aluminium, titanium, Inconel and stainless steel. Studies on titanium milling show dramatic improvements in tool life and metal removal rates.
Has been tested and ap-proved by various machine manufacturers, including DMG MORI, in accordance with Standard 3.9. For de-tails on the approvals, please contact our application technology department.
Application
ECOCOOL® GLOBAL 1000 is mixed with water for use. Typical in use concentration is 10% but your local FUCHS representative can provide you with specific recommendations for your operation. When mixing, always add ECOCOOL® GLOBAL 1000 concentrate to water. The product should be stored in its original sealed container at temperatures between 5°C – 40°C (41°F – 104°F). Safety data sheets are available. Before handling, read the product information and safety data sheets for proper handling and health hazard information.
