Description
ECOCOOL® GLOBAL 1500 is an advanced water-miscible and ester-based high-performance metalworking fluid unlike any other product in the market today. It benefits users by increasing operational efficiency via extended cutting tool life and sump longevity that exceeds the competition. In addition to increasing machine operating time users experience cost savings through reduced tooling purchases and lower disposal. Based on Fuchs’ patented technology it provides benefits to Operations, Maintenance, Purchasing, EH&S and Quality Management.
When mixed with water ECOCOOL® GLOBAL 1500 produces a stable, milky, long-life emulsion. Excellent product properties are reached by using a harmonised combination of high-quality emulsifiers, corrosion inhibitors and other additives. ECOCOOL® GLOBAL 1500 is characterized by its excellent lubricity and foam behaviour. Furthermore, the low consumption increases economic efficiency.
