ECOCOOL GLOBAL 2000

Description
ECOCOOL® GLOBAL 2000 is a water-miscible metalworking fluid specially developed for the automotive and automotive supply industry, which differs from all other metalworking fluids currently available on the market. The product is based on patented FUCHS technology and offers benefits in the areas of operation, maintenance, purchasing, health, safety and quality management.
ECOCOOL® GLOBAL 2000 helps maximize operational productivity, improves the working environment and generates cost savings.
ECOCOOL® GLOBAL 2000 has an innovative lubricity concept that is particularly effective on aluminium and steel. Studies on milling aluminium show a significant increase in tool life and chip removal rates.
ECOCOOL® GLOBAL 2000 is free of boron, secondary amines, chlorinated paraffin, formaldehyde-releasing biocides and other critical ingredients that can frequently lead to restrictions in various countries.
Application
ECOCOOL® GLOBAL 2000 is mixed with water for use. Typical for use is a 7% concentration. The FUCHS representative responsible can give you the exact recommendation for the optimum mixing ratio for your specific application.
ECOCOOL® GLOBAL 2000 Concentrate should always be added to the water when mixing.
To ensure correct handling and to be aware of possible health hazards, it is recommended to read the product information and the safety data sheet before use.
