Description
ECOCOOL® GLOBAL 20 is an Auto industry grade wa-ter-miscible machining coolant unlike any metalworking fluid in the market today. Based on Fuchs’ patented technology it provides benefits to Operations, Mainte-nance, Purchasing, EH&S and Quality Management.
ECOCOOL® GLOBAL 20 helps maximize operational productivity and improves the work environment while providing costs savings.
ECOCOOL® GLOBAL 20 contains a novel lubricity package that makes it especially effective on alumin-ium and steel. Studies on aluminium milling show dra-matic improvements in tool life and metal removal rates.
Application
ECOCOOL® GLOBAL 20 is mixed with water for use. Typical in use concentration is 5 % but your local FUCHS representative can provide you with specific recommendations for your operation. When mixing, al-ways add ECOCOOL® GLOBAL 20 concentrate to wa-ter. The product should be stored in its original sealed container at temperatures between 7° C – 32° C (45° F – 90° F). Safety data sheets are available. Before han-dling, read the product information and safety data sheets for proper handling and health hazard infor-mation.
