  • high drop point: 109°C typical (100°C minimum)
  • remains flexible down to -35°C
  • high flash point: 220°C minimum
  • soft consistency (cone penetration: 120 at 25°C)
  • low viscosity: 200 cP at 100°C (typical)
  • passes 720-hour ASTM B117 salt spray corrosion testing
  • provides excellent long-term corrosion protection

     

Description

Part of the FUCHS range of wire rope lubricants. A superior general purpose wire rope lubricant, formulated with mineral hydrocarbon wax and additives. Has an enhanced drop point and excellent lubricity providing an increase in the fatigue life compared to a non-lubricated wire rope of up to 200%. May be applied either hot or cold.
