Sales Representative, Regional Sales Industry

For our Stockholm/Middle Sweden region

AS A SALES REPRESENTATIVE REGIONAL SALES YOU

  • Develop and drive sales on existing and new customers in the specific region through own generated sales.
  • Are goal oriented and committed to successful delivery of our targets
  • Work well with others and will team with KAM colleagues to reach targets in prioritized segments.
  • Engage and cooperate with application engineers, product managers and sales support to leverage sales.
  • Have a commercial mindset and experience of portfolio target setting.
  • Contribute to the sales forecasting process and get on well with CRM tools.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

  • You are an experienced sales professional with a successful track record in the industrial segment.
  • You have considerable previous experience of industrial technical applications.
  • You have a good level of Swedish and English.
  • You are passionate about doing sustainable business, develop strong customer relationships and drive to achieve mutual goals.
  • You are able to work independently – to plan and lead own work, as well as leverage the strength of a team working together.

We are looking for a Key Account Manager, Sales Industry

For our business in Sweden.

We are now seeking a Key Account Manager for our Industry Business. In this position, you will get the opportunity to lead and drive Key Account teams towards our Industry customers in Sweden/the Nordics to serve them with our technically advanced lubricants solutions.

AS A KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER YOU

  • Develop and drive sales on existing and new KAM customers together with KAM teams, regional Sales teams and directly through own generated sales.
  • Set, follow up and actively drive sales targets on own customers, and assigned KAM customer groups in Sweden/the Nordics.
  • Assume KAM portfolio ownership and drive to ensure successful delivery of volume and contribution margin against team targets.
  • Engage, proactively work with and lead colleagues in various functions to meet targets in prioritized KAM accounts.
  • Decide on strategic KAM target accounts together with Fuchs Sales Nordic team.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

  • Extensive experience from the Nordic Industry market with a good understanding of Pulp & Paper, Mining and preferably Energy technology or a minimum five years’ experience from the lubricants business.
  • Higher relevant business education or equivalent knowledge through experience.
  • Strong analytical and commercial mindset and ability to lead commercial sales teams/own accounts.
  • Good business acumen and ability to building close customer relations on management level as well as trust in FUCHS as technology partner.
  • Good level of Swedish and English. Basic knowledge of German is an advantage.
  • Extensive travelling in Sweden is required.
